My background includes competitive wrestling, sanctioned MMA competition, and years of structured strength training across both performance and tactical environments. I don’t just program this work — I live it. My approach is straightforward: teach you how to train with purpose so your progress continues for years, not just weeks. Much of my work focuses on lifters and first responders who already know their way around the gym but want sharper programming, better structure, and strength that holds up under real-world demands.
